Terms of Service

Edvora provides software that lets educators and institutions run their own online academy, including courses, live classes, assignments, student management and billing. We may update, add or remove features over time.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for your users (admins, teachers and students) you add. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.

You agree not to misuse the service, including: breaking the law, infringing others' rights, uploading malware, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or using it to send spam or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Paid plans and any free trial are described at checkout. Where a free trial is offered, we collect your payment method at sign-up and do not charge it during the trial; when the trial ends, the selected plan begins automatically and renews (monthly or yearly) at the price shown, until canceled. Billing, cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You retain ownership of the content and data you and your users submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Edvora software, branding and content we provide are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or software except as needed to use the service.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edvora will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify Edvora against claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, by email or in-app). Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Law Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. [Add venue / dispute-resolution terms as advised by counsel.]
